Create your first bot in five minutes
Describe the job, pick a template and publish to the web.
Open New bot and describe what the assistant should do in a sentence or two — for example “Answer order-status questions and start returns”. Sayso drafts a name, tone and starter scenarios from that prompt.
Pick a starting point
Choose one of the ready-made templates (support, lead qualifier, HR helpdesk) or start blank. Templates come with a greeting, a fallback reply and a human handoff already wired up.
Publish
Your bot starts as a Draft. Switch it to Live from My bots once you have tested it in the preview — it goes live on every channel you connected.
