Travel card declined in Lisbon
Priya Raman · Finch Support · Cards
Hi — my Travel card was declined twice at a restaurant in Lisbon last night. The balance is fine.
Yesterday, 21:48Hi Jerome, sorry about that! I can see two attempts for €64.20 flagged by our fraud checks because the merchant was new to your card.
Today, 08:55I’ve whitelisted that merchant. Could you confirm you’re still travelling until 24 July so I can keep travel mode on?
